• A One Time Donation – Every donation helps in the Q Foundation’s mission of caring for children. There is no such thing as a small donation, everyone makes a tremendous difference in the lives of our kids. You can make your donation online using the form below, by mailing it, or in person at one of our events.

• Monthly Donations – You can choose to make a monthly donation by having it automatically deducted from one of your accounts or through one of your credit cards. Monthly giving starts at only $5 per month and is the perfect way to show your continuous support.

• Sponsor a Patient – You can directly sponsor a patient and accompanying adult’s transportation and lodging. Please email us if you are interested on this very rewarding donation level at SponsorAPatient@q4kids.org.

• Gift Planning – There are many ways to donate to the Q Foundation that have additional tax advantages to you.

  The Q Foundation For Kids® is a fully qualified 501(c)(3) charitable organization under IRS regulations. Donations are tax deductible to the full extent allowable under IRS regulations. If you are considering making a larger donation, we suggest you work alongside your Attorney and Tax Consultant.

  Planned giving can enhance the Q Foundation for Kids® mission while reducing your taxes and increasing your income. Many of these ways of giving may have tax advantages for you.

• Charitable Trusts – A charitable trust is a set of assets — usually liquid — that a donor signs over to a charitable foundation. The assets are held and managed by the charity for a specified period of time, with some or all interest that the assets produce going to the charity. If you are considering this, we suggest you work alongside your Attorney and Tax Consultant.

• Product Sales – The Q Foundation will have products for sale to raise funds and awareness for the Foundation. These will be available on this website and at Q Foundation events. 100% of the proceeds of all product sales go to support the Q Foundation for Kids®.
